Excellent hotel with a spa, heated swimming pool, and great restaurant. The staff even helped me with plug adaptors on my first stay. I highly recommend it! I'm coming back for Easter.

Exceptional hospitality and relaxing spa.

The breakfast buffet was delicious and well-stocked each morning.

The hot tub reservation policy was unfair, as it limited access for other guests.

The breakfast buffet was a feast for the senses—delicious, fresh, and well-stocked to kickstart our day. The indoor pool was a fantastic way to unwind after long hikes, and the spa facilities truly added to the charm of our stay. Plus, the stunning mountain views were simply to die for!

However, the breakfast service could use some work. on multiple occasions, items were empty long before the end of service, leaving us feeling a bit neglected. Also, the hotel itself is due for a facelift, with some tired decor needing attention.

the victoria lauberhorn wengen, a faern collection boasts an incredible view of the mountains and the valley. the spa is a true oasis, with fantastic features like an indoor salt-water pool and hot stone massage options. the staff, particularly dirk and krishan, were outstandingly friendly and accommodating. it’s just a short walk to the train station, making it super convenient after a long day of activities.

The hotel’s proximity to the train station made it easy to move around. However, the room was the smallest I've ever seen, which significantly affected my comfort during the stay.

the room was small for the price. though the spa facilities were excellent with rejuvenating hot pools. breakfast had good options, and the views were nice from the room, just a bit blocked.

The indoor swimming pool was a great way to unwind after the long hiking days, and I loved relaxing in the spa lounge while soaking in the views. Just a heads up, the food at times felt a bit off, but it didn’t ruin the awesome experience overall! 😊

Make sure to ask about local hiking trails upon arrival. the staff can provide great recommendations for all skill levels.

The pool area is good , and I enjoyed the warm whirlpool after a long day. The staff is young , and they were really nice and helpful , making the stay more pleasant.

Incredible views and spa relax

Stunning views of the mountains! The spa was def the highlight of our stay. seriously amazing. We loved the breakfast too—served salmon and fresh smoothies. A bit cramped in the room though, barely any space at the end of the bed. Otherwise, everything was clean and cozy. Perfect location close to the ski lifts!
